Flex-Safe USA Manufacturer’s Warranty
Flex-Safe USA warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions for a period of 90 days from the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer.
During the manufacturer’s warranty period, Flex-Safe USA will, at its option, repair any defect in material or workmanship or furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer).
To obtain warranty service, the customer must contact Flex-Safe USA customer service and provide proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original dated sales receipt. The customer must also return the defective product to Flex-Safe USA in its original packaging.
Flex-Safe USA reserves the right to inspect the defective product before authorizing warranty service. If the claim is justified, Flex-Safe USA will repair or replace the defective product, or issue a credit. It is Flex-Safe USA’s policy to replace parts whenever possible.
Manufacturer’s Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not include any condition resulting from:
- Other than ordinary wear or any use for which the product was not intended
- Incorrect or inadequate care
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Damages incurred during transportation
- Any used, previously displayed items
Flex-Safe USA makes no express warranty or condition, whether written or oral, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. To the extent allowed by local law, Flex-Safe USA disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
