At Flex-Safe® USA, we build products that stand up to demanding environments—from public works and emergency response to jobsite and facility operations. Every Flex-Safe® barricade and sign is backed by our 30-Day Limited Warranty to ensure your purchase performs as promised.

Warranty Coverage

Flex-Safe® warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Structural defects

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Hardware or component failure under normal use

  • Missing or incorrect parts

If a defect is confirmed, Flex-Safe® will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product,

  • Replace the product, or

  • Issue a refund.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling

  • Exposure to extreme weather conditions beyond normal use

  • Field use that exceeds product design specifications

  • Unauthorized modifications, drilling, cutting, or alterations

  • Damage during return shipping

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance

Custom-printed, agency-branded, or special-order items are covered only for manufacturing defects.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Email info@flexsafeusa.com with your order number.

  2. Describe the issue and include photos or video.

  3. Our support team will review the claim within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, we will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or refund.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Products must be used according to Flex-Safe® guidelines.

  • The claimant must provide proof of purchase.

  • Items may be required to be returned for inspection.

  • Shipping costs for non-approved claims are the customer’s responsibility.

Limitations

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and applies only to products purchased directly from Flex-Safe® USA or authorized distributors.

Flex-Safe® is not liable for:

  • Incidental or consequential damages

  • Lost time, labor, or deployment delays

  • Any safety-related incidents resulting from misuse or improper installation

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above may not apply in all regions.
