Flex-Safe USA Return & Replacement Policy

At Flex-Safe® USA, we stand behind the quality, durability, and reliability of our safety barricades and signage products. If your order is not performing as expected, we’ll work with you to make it right.


Eligibility for Returns

Flex-Safe® accepts returns on standard products within 30 days of delivery when items are:

  • Unused and in like-new condition

  • Unassembled (if applicable)

  • Returned with all original components, fasteners, labels, and packaging

  • Free of signs of wear, outdoor exposure, or field use

Because our products are used in safety-critical environments, any item that has been deployed—indoors or outdoors—cannot be accepted for return unless it arrived damaged or defective.

Custom-printed, custom-color, or agency-specific items are non-returnable unless damaged during shipment or manufacturing.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@flexsafeusa.com with your order number.

  2. Describe the issue and include photos if damage or defects are present.

  3. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) if eligible.

  4. Ship the item back using the instructions provided with your RA.

Packages sent without an RA cannot be processed.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Flex-Safe® covers return shipping only if the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival.

  • Use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or mis-shipped items.

  • Items not meeting return criteria may be returned to the customer at their expense.


Exchanges

If you need a different product or model:

  • Contact us at info@flexsafeusa.com to request an exchange.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is inspected and approved.

We can also help ensure the replacement product meets your safety, compliance, or deployment requirements.


Damaged or Defective Products

We take quality and durability seriously. If your order arrives damaged or does not perform as expected:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

  • Flex-Safe® will repair, replace, or refund the product at no cost

For freight shipments, visible damage should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-printed or agency-branded signs or barricades

  • Items exposed to weather, field use, or jobsite conditions

  • Clearance items or final-sale products

  • Products modified, drilled, cut, or altered after delivery
